All equipment supplied by Proactive Solutions is backed by a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and performance issues under normal use.
If something isn't working as it should:

- Repair, replace, or resolve the problem
30-Day Risk-Free Returns
If you receive your unit and it's not suitable for your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Item must be in original condition
- All original components included
- Not damaged due to misuse
Once returned and inspected, a refund will be processed.
Used It on the Job? Still Covered.
This isn't a "don't touch it or you can't return it" policy.
You're buying this to use on real work.
If there's a genuine issue with performance, we'll work with you to resolve it — whether that's support, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
